• 1. Fri. & Sat., October 4 - 5 Conference Sessions – $650.00
  This registration is for attendees to attend both Friday and Saturday's conference sessions. This includes: 3 breakfasts (Fri., Sat. & Sun.), 2 lunches (Fri. & Sat.), one ticket to the Friday evening Cocktail Hour Event at Jacob & Anthony's and one ticket to the Saturday evening Awards Reception and Banquet (including one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner). There are no meal choices to select.
• 2. Friday, Oct. 4 Conference Sessions – $350.00
  This registration is for attendees to attend the Friday, Oct. 4 conference sessions. This includes: breakfast, lunch and one ticket to the evening Cocktail Hour event at Jacob & Anthony's. There are no meal choices to select.
• 3. Saturday, October 5 Conference Sessions – $350.00
  This registration is for attendees to attend the Saturday, Oct. 5 conference sessions. This includes: breakfast, lunch and one ticket to the Awards Reception and Banquet Saturday evening (including one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner). There are no meal choices to select.
• 4. Friday Evening Event at Jacob & Anthony's – $50.00
  This registration is for a guest of someone who is registered for the Friday Conference Sessions and wishes to attend the Friday evening event at Jacob & Anthony's.
