• 1. AWARDEE Registration for Award Reception & Banquet
  This registration is for those who are being honored as an awardee at the Award Reception & Banquet (If you are not being honored and not attending the conference, please choose option #3). This registration includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner. This registration does not include any conference sessions. There is no charge for this registration. There are no meal choices to select.
• 2. GUEST of AWARDEE Registration for Award Reception & Banquet
  This registration is for one guest who is attending with an Awardee being honored at the Award Reception & Banquet (any additional guests should choose option #3). This registration includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner. This registration does not include any conference sessions. There is no charge for this registration. There are no meal choices to select.
• 3. Award Reception & Banquet – $75.00
  This registration is for those who wish to attend the Awards Reception & Banquet and are not attending any conference sessions and are not being honored with an award. This registration includes one drink ticket, hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner. There are no meal choices to select.
